Yeah! We arrived to the whole country.

How long does my order arrive?

For Metropolitan Lima:

If you make your purchase from Monday to Friday, the order will be delivered within 24 hours after the purchase is completed and if you make your purchase on weekends or holidays, the delivery time is up to 72 hours. In the event of an unforeseen event or exceptional situation that does not allow us to meet the delivery deadlines, we will contact you.

For provinces:

The delivery to the courier company is made within a period of 48 to 72 hours after the purchase is completed, however, the total delivery time depends on the province to which the order is directed. Usually it takes between 4 to 6 days but due to the state of emergency it can be longer.

How do you ship orders to the province?

We work with Olva Courier.

Can changes and returns be made?

Yeah! We want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase, for more information check our exchange and return policy. For changes and returns from provinces, the customer is responsible for paying the shipment with the product to be changed and paying for the shipping of the changed product.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all means of payment on our website: credit cards, bank transfers or electronic wallets (Yape and Lukita).

How do I make a payment without a credit card?

When making the payment, select the "Bank Deposit" option, there you will find the deposit, transfer or electronic wallet options (Yape and Lukita). Once the payment is made, send the proof to hola@lamatier.com putting PAYMENT CONFIRMATION as the subject.

What happens if my purchase order is automatically cancelled?

La Matier's system is configured to detect possible fraudulent orders automatically and it proceeds to cancel it if a pattern is recognized that indicates said possibility. If your order has been canceled for this reason, you must contact hola@lamatier.com . If you have made the payment for your order, we will be making the refund according to the payment method you used.
